Have you ever heard of the "A PROJECT TEDDY BEARS OF HOPE"? This innovative European project has been awarded funding by the prestigious ERASMUS + PROGRAM and aims to bring sustainable education to primary school pupils through the use of textile waste.

The project involves creating teddy bear toys for younger children, developing practical products from textiles for older pupils, and designing a history learning game called "The Past" for the eldest kids. In collaboration with a Turkish university, the game is set to be an interactive tool that will enhance learning experiences for students. What sets this project apart is the incorporation of QR printed codes on all textile products. These codes will link to interactive content related to the school curriculum, adding an exciting and engaging element to the learning process. By combining sustainability with education, "A PROJECT TEDDY BEARS OF HOPE" aims to not only reduce textile waste but also provide valuable learning resources for children. The project is a collaborative effort between a university in Konya, UMJETNIČKA ORGANIZACIJA TEATAR DON HIHOT from Croatia, and the Institute for Visual and Performing Art Researches from Slovenia. Together, they are working to create a multifaceted educational experience that will benefit children aged 6-15. With the need for support for multiple languages on the project website, "A PROJECT TEDDY BEARS OF HOPE" is truly an international endeavor that is set to make a positive impact on sustainable education. By harnessing the power of creativity and innovation, this project is paving the way for a more sustainable and engaging approach to learning for children across Europe.
